　　Through a joint internal audit conducted by all departments within the company, and in compliance with national standard management system requirements, all procedural documents were provided. Following a rigorous external review of these documents by industry experts, Sanhuali’s SHL pipe freeze protection valves, SCS freeze protection plugs, and several other series of aerodynamic vacuum-based antifreeze technology products were confirmed to meet the national limits for hazardous substances. As a result, Sanhuali is proudly awarded the title of "China Green and Environmentally Friendly Product."

 

　　Sanhuali Company is located in the Optoelectronics Industrial Park of Weifang High-Tech Zone, with a production area of 6,000 square meters. The company boasts over 20 sets of advanced manufacturing and processing equipment, as well as 10 sets of precision inspection and testing instruments. These innovations enable users to achieve the unique functionality of "turning on the valve for water use, closing it to prevent freezing—no need for insulation—and ensuring pipes remain unfrozen even at temperatures as low as -50°C." The products are easy to operate, highly convenient, cost-effective, and represent a complete replacement for traditional anti-freezing methods like wrapping insulation materials, running continuous water flow, or applying electric heating tapes. By doing so, they effectively prevent pipes from freezing and bursting, significantly reduce the consumption of insulation materials, and minimize waste of precious freshwater resources, thereby providing reliable winter water supply solutions for both urban and rural areas. Notably, the "AFV3 Air-Powered Vacuum Anti-Freezing Technology" fills a significant domestic gap, marking a pioneering achievement in China. This technology has been officially recognized by the science and technology authorities as reaching international advanced levels. Sanhuali's innovative products have already been included in the "12 Series Architectural Design Standard Atlas" across six provinces in North China. In 2016, the company was featured in the "All-Army Weapon and Equipment Procurement Information Catalog," and in January 2017, it was selected as a recommended product showcasing green building technology innovation in China's real estate sector. In 2017, Sanhuali secured third place in the Shandong Province New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Advanced Manufacturing Competition and received the Excellent Award at the 6th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
