The suction valve can quickly inhale a large amount of outside air when the system pressure disappears, so that the pressure in the system is balanced with the atmospheric pressure to ensure that the pipeline system will not be damaged by negative pressure. It is an accessory that can maintain a stable pressure in the pipe without a vent pipe. Set at the highest end of each layer of horizontal branch pipes or the top of stand pipes separated by several layers. Therefore, the suction valve is an indispensable auxiliary component for reducing negative pressure in the piping system, and is widely used in high-rise building heating systems, plant piping, small pumping stations and other pressure pipelines and thermal steam pipelines that use antifreeze devices. It is often set at the highest point or local highest point of the pipeline system to automatically close and open, so that the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the pipeline is equal, and the consumption of vacuum damages the pipeline or equipment.
When installing the suction valve, install it vertically. When the system pressure disappears, the floating pellet will settle under the dual force of the gravity system and automatically open the air inlet. The air enters the pipe through the cylinder air inlet. When pressure is generated in the piping system, the float rises under the action of the system pressure to safely block the air inlet of the cylinder. The suction valve is now completely closed.
