Twist the handle to the end every time you use water or antifreeze. It is strictly forbidden to screw the handle wheel to the intermediate state of water and antifreeze to prevent invalidation. In the season when antifreeze is not required, the handwheel of the antifreeze plug can be set in the water supply state to control the normal water consumption of the faucet.
5.1 When installing this product, please clean up the dust and dirt on the upper and lower valve bodies and piping of this product.
5.2 After purchasing this product, do not place it in a place with high temperature and dryness or direct sunlight, nor place it in a place prone to ozone.
5.3 It is strictly forbidden to use this product in non-tap water pipelines.
5.4 When screwing the antifreeze valve (bolt) into the water inlet elbow, use a wrench to clamp the hexagonal part of the water inlet elbow and tighten it. Do not use a pipe wrench to rotate the pipe body directly to avoid damage to the pipeline.
5.5 During the installation process, a dedicated person should hold the antifreeze valve (bolt) pipe body until the installation pit is filled, so as to avoid damage to the pipeline due to the gravity of the backfill. When backfilling soil, be careful not to block the drain on the lower valve body of the antifreeze plug to prevent equipment failure.
5.6 After the installation is completed, the confirmation of water supply, water stop, and drainage should be carried out. When the product is operated, it is normal to close the faucet without leaking, and open the faucet to produce water. It is normal to put your hand on the faucet and feel a sense of adsorption when draining. Before backfilling the soil, a water flow test should be carried out to confirm that there is no water leakage at the elbow joint and the hot melt before it can be filled with soil. The landfill soil should be soft, and mixed soil containing a lot of stones or bricks should not be used to ensure the thermal insulation effect of the backfill soil.
5.7 Rotate to the end according to the "drainage or antifreeze" direction on the hand wheel, and open the faucet to empty the water in the water pipe exposed above the ground to achieve a complete antifreeze effect.
5.8 Do not disassemble, disassemble, or modify without permission, otherwise the parts will be damaged or leaked.
5.9 The user is not allowed to perform rough operation during installation or use to prevent exceeding the bearing limit of the valve body to prevent damage to the equipment.
5.10 If the antifreeze valve (plug) is installed at the end of the main water pipe, the water inlet of the antifreeze valve (plug) can be directly connected to the main pipe; if multiple antifreeze valves (plugs) are installed along the main water pipe, they should be installed from the main water pipe first. Connect the branch pipe with a three-way connection and connect the water inlet of the antifreeze valve (plug) to the branch pipe, so as not to affect the normal use of other antifreeze valves (plug).
