(1) Normal Water Supply: Ensure the faucet is turned off, then rotate the handle of this product in the direction indicated by the arrow until it stops—this completes the water supply. Use the faucet's switch to dispense water.(2) Drain and Prevent Freezing: When low temperatures that may cause freezing are expected, turn the handle of this product in the drainage direction indicated by the arrow until it stops rotating. Then, fully open all faucets controlled by this product to ensure all water has been drained completely before closing the faucets again.

Ensure that the horizontal piping extending from this product has an upward slope of at least 1 in 100.3. When installing inside the inspection well, be sure to leave a 200mm drainage space below the product's outlet. This space can be filled with a dedicated drainage mesh or gravel to facilitate water seepage.4. Avoid rough handling, and strictly prohibit heating or exposing this product to direct sunlight. Also, never use this product in non-cold-water plumbing systems.5. Be sure to determine the water inlet direction during installation, following the arrow indicated on the main body of this product.6. Be sure to install this product below the frost line. When installing above ground, make sure the pipeline immediately preceding the product remains unfrozen—no insulation is required for the section after the product.7. When low temperatures or freezing conditions are expected, fully drain the water by turning the handle in the direction indicated by the drainage arrow on this product. At the same time, open all faucets within the product’s control range to allow any remaining water to flow out completely before closing them again. Whether using water or antifreeze, always turn the handwheel all the way to the stop—never leave it halfway.8. It is recommended to install an anti-backflow drain valve (odor trap) at the drainage outlet of the freeze-proof valve to prevent sewage or foul odors from backing up and contaminating the pipes.9.
